Basketball Recap: McDaniel Comes Up Short

McDaniel lost against Grant back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The McDaniel Mountain Lions took a blow against the Grant Generals, falling 59-22. The Mountain Lions have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

McDaniel's defeat dropped their record down to 6-16. As for Grant, they pushed their record up to 16-8 with the win, which was their third straight at home.

Coincidentally, McDaniel and Grant will both be playing Jefferson the next time they take the court. McDaniel will host Jefferson at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, while Grant will head out to face them at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
