Baseball Recap: North Valley Christian Academy Takes a Loss

After flying high against Highland Prep West last Wednesday, North Valley Christian Academy came back down to earth. The Lions lost 10-0 to the Glendale Prep Academy Griffins on Friday. The match marked the first time this season in which the Lions were not able to get on the board.

North Valley Christian Academy's defeat was their first in the region, dropping their region record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 7-14-1. As for Glendale Prep Academy, they pushed their record up to 12-1 with the win, which was their third straight at home.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. North Valley Christian Academy will take on rival Trivium Prep at 3:45 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Glendale Prep Academy is set to face off against their familiar foe St. John Paul II Catholic at 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
