Muncy kept a clean sheet against Wellsboro on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 4-0 margin over the Hornets. It was an even better day for Ava Eyer as she scored three goals for her team.

Muncy's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 14-2-1. Those road victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those three matchups. As for Wellsboro, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 10-7-1.
