Softball Recap: David Anderson Comes Up Short

Wednesday just wasn't the day for David Anderson's offense. They lost 12-0 to the Crestview Rebels on Wednesday. If the Blue Devils were looking for revenge after losing 10-5 to the Rebels when the teams met back in April of 2017, then they'll just have to keep looking.

David Anderson's loss dropped their record down to 8-13. As for Crestview, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 12-8.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. David Anderson will take on East Palestine at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Crestview, they will square off against LaBrae at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Rebels' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Vikings have averaged an impressive 8.3 runs per game this season.
