Basketball Game Preview: Corunna Cavaliers vs. Holly Bronchos

The Corunna Cavaliers will head out on the road to take on the Holly Bronchos at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Corunna is coming into the contest on a three-game losing streak.

Corunna is headed into the matchup having just suffered their closest defeat since December 15, 2023 on Tuesday. They fell just short of Fenton by a score of 61-58.

Meanwhile, Holly didn't have too much trouble with Brandon on Tuesday as they won 59-44. The victory continues a trend for the Bronchos in their matchups with the Blackhawks: they've now won four in a row.

Holly's win bumped their record up to 6-15. As for Corunna, their loss dropped their record down to 5-16.

Corunna came up short against Holly when the teams last played back in December of 2024, falling 39-26. Can Corunna avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
