Fort White put another one in the bag on Monday to keep their perfect season alive. They enjoyed a cozy 56-39 victory over the Gainesville Hurricanes.

Ya'Zuri Hollie was her usual excellent self, going 9-for-13 en route to 28 points and three blocks. Another player making a difference was Mariah Cox, who posted eight points and four steals.

Fort White's record is now 4-0. As for Gainesville, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Fort White will welcome Baker County at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Gainesville, they will host Columbia at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. This will be the Hurricanes' first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
