Kokomo came out on top against Marion on Saturday thanks in part to the team's impressive seven-run fifth inning. The Wildkats blew past the Giants 12-2. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 5-2 on Saturday.

Brighton Harris looked comfortable as he didn't allow a single earned run over four innings pitched. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in three consecutive appearances.

At the plate, Jonathon Frye was incredible, going 2-for-3 with four RBI, one stolen base, and one run. Those four RBI gave him a new career-high. J.J. Gillespie was another key player, going a perfect 3-for-3 with two RBI and one double.
