Basketball Recap: McLean County Comes Up Short

McLean County lost to Meade County back in March of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Cougars took a 67-50 bruising from the Green Waves. The Cougars have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

McLean County's defeat dropped their record down to 7-6. As for Meade County, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-2 record this season.

McLean County didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 66-21 victory against Cloverport on the 3rd. As for Meade County, they have also already played their next matchup, a 76-67 loss against Eastern on the 3rd.
