Soccer Recap: Yorkville Plays to a Tie

For the first time this season, Yorkville was forced to settle for a draw. Neither they nor the Larkin Royals could gain the upper hand on Wednesday so the two teams had to settle for a 1-1 draw.

Yorkville's goal came courtesy of Oliver Villa, which was the first he's scored this season.

Yorkville's draw makes their record 1-0-1 this season. As for Larkin, they moved theirs to 1-0-1.

Looking ahead, Yorkville will be taking part in a tournament against Sycamore at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Larkin, they will welcome Glenbard South at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
