Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Ringgold). They walked away with a 10-6 victory over the LaFayette Ramblers on Tuesday.

Hayden Gordy was excellent, going a perfect 3-for-3 while logging 2 runs, 1 double, and 1 stolen base. She also had three hits, her most since the 25th.

Ringgold swung out of their shoes and finished the game with three home runs. That's the best they've done in that category all season.

Ringgold is now 3-2, having gone 3-2 since their 5-game losing streak (dating back to last season) ended. As for LaFayette, they have traveled a rocky road for a while, having lost seven of their last eight matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-7 record this season.
