Concordia Lutheran won the last time they faced Fort Bend Christian Academy and things went their way on Monday too. The Crusaders took down the Eagles 49-35.

Several Eagles players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Skye Shell, who posted ten points and four steals. Another player making a difference was Sydnee Arocha, who scored ten points.

Concordia Lutheran's victory bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Fort Bend Christian Academy, they dropped their record down to 1-10 with the loss, which was their third straight at home.

Concordia Lutheran will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Hillsboro at 12:45 p.m. on December 12. As for Fort Bend Christian Academy, they and La Marque will face off at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday without much rest, having both just played.
