Basketball Game Preview: Ridgeline Riverhawks vs. Cedar Reds

The Ridgeline Riverhawks will challenge the Cedar Reds at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Ridgeline is currently enjoying a perfect season and no doubt wants to keep things rolling.

Ridgeline is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Friday. They breezed past Uintah to the tune of 72-27. The Riverhawks have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 19 contests by 27 points or more this season.

Emilee Skinner continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, dropping a triple-double with 21 points, 13 boards, and ten assists. She has been hot for a while, having posted 16 or more points the last 46 times she's played. Another player making a difference was Brooke Smith, who posted 11 points and six rebounds.

Meanwhile, Cedar waltzed into their match on Friday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They walked away with a 66-53 win over the Bruins.

Everything came up roses for Ridgeline against Cedar in their previous matchup back in December of 2022, as the team secured a 71-31 victory. In that game, Ridgeline amassed a halftime lead of 44-12, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat on Thursday.
