Brunswick is a perfect 7-0 against Euclid since April of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. The Blue Devils will be playing at home against the Panthers at 5:00 p.m. The two teams are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.

Brunswick's pitching crew heads into the matchup hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Wednesday. They blew past Shaker Heights 20-0. The Blue Devils have beaten the Red Raiders the last four times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Red Raiders has come to flipping the script.

The result came thanks to Gabby Diligente's shutout, as she gave up just three hits and racked up 15 Ks.

On the hitting side, Addison Compton was incredible, going 4-for-6 with four runs, two triples, and four RBI. Another player making a difference was Madison Miller, who went 3-for-6 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs.

Brunswick always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .520. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Shaker Heights only posted an OBP of .115.

Meanwhile, Euclid can bid farewell to their nine-game losing streak thanks to their game on Tuesday. Everything went their way against Andrews Osborne Academy as they made off with a 13-3 win. Considering the Panthers' hitters had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.

Euclid's victory bumped their record up to 3-9. As for Brunswick, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Everything went Brunswick's way against Euclid in their previous matchup back in April of 2024, as Brunswick made off with a 12-0 win. Will the Blue Devils repeat their success, or do the Panthers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
