Volleyball Game Preview: Culver Community Cavaliers vs. Elkhart Christian Academy Eagles

Culver Community is 1-8 against Elkhart Christian Academy since October of 2015 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The Cavaliers will host the Eagles at 6:00 p.m. Elkhart Christian Academy took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Culver Community, who comes in off a win.

Culver Community not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since September 11th (when they won 3-0). Everything went their way against Lakeland Christian Academy as they made off with a 3-0 win.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-7, 25-21, 25-13.

Meanwhile, Elkhart Christian Academy came up short against Mishawaka on Thursday, falling 3-0. The Eagles have struggled against the Cavemen recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-14, 25-19.

Culver Community has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-10 record this season. As for Elkhart Christian Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 13-11.

Culver Community came out on top in a nail-biter against Elkhart Christian Academy when the teams last played back in October of 2024, sneaking past 3-2. Will the Cavaliers repeat their success, or do the Eagles have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
