Football Game Preview: Holy Name Green Wave vs. Shawnee Indians + How To Watch

The Holy Name Green Wave will head out on the road to take on the Shawnee Indians at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Holy Name took a loss when they played away from home two weeks ago, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Friday. They walked away with a 14-3 win over Padua Franciscan.

Meanwhile, Shawnee didn't have too much trouble with Ottawa-Glandorf on Friday as they won 27-10. The final result isn't all that surprising considering the Indians' considerable advantage in MaxPreps' Ohio football rankings (they are ranked 91st, while the Titans are ranked 344th).

The victory made it two in a row for Shawnee and bumps their season record up to 7-3. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 36.0 points over those games. As for Holy Name, their victory bumped their record up to 6-4.
