Basketball Recap: Staley Snaps Four-Game Streak of Wins on the Road

After flying high against Blue Springs South last Monday, Staley came back down to earth. The Staley Falcons took a 52-47 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Farmington Cardinals. The loss was the Falcons' first of the season.

Staley's loss ended a four-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 5-1. As for Farmington, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 8-0.

Staley won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Link Academy at 12:00 p.m. on Sunday. As for Farmington, they will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Siloam Springs at 6:00 p.m. on January 7, 2025.
