Volleyball Game Preview: Montclair Cavaliers vs. Chino Cowboys

Montclair hasn't had much luck against Chino recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Cavaliers are taking a road trip to face off against the Cowboys at 4:30 p.m.

Montclair lost 3-0 to Ontario on Thursday.

Montclair took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-20, 26-24.

Meanwhile, Chino had already won six in a row and they went ahead and made it seven on Thursday. They blew past the Conquistadores 3-0.

The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-16, 25-6.

Montclair's defeat dropped their record down to 7-11. As for Chino, their victory bumped their record up to 8-9.

Montclair suffered a grim 3-0 defeat to Chino in their previous matchup back in September. Can the Cavaliers avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
