Baseball Recap: Tri-County RVT Cougars vs. South Shore Vo-Tech Vikings

Tri-County RVT lost a heartbreaker the last time they played South Shore Vo-Tech, but it's fair to say they got their revenge given the result of Wednesday's matchup. The Cougars' pitcher stepped up to hand the Vikings an 11-0 shutout on Wednesday. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Cougars considering their two-run performance the game before.

Dylan Maw was a major factor no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, keeping things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out eight over five innings pitched. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in three consecutive appearances.
