Basketball Recap: Beaver Comes Up Short

Beaver was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They were beaten by the Arnett Wildcats 57-24. The matchup marked the Dusters' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Beaver's defeat dropped their record down to 1-9. As for Arnett, they moved to 5-5 with that victory, which also ended their three-game losing streak.

Beaver didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 58-31 win against Goodwell on the 11th. Arnett has also already played their next contest, a 51-41 victory against Timberlake on the 11th.
