Basketball Recap: Princeton Takes a Loss

Princeton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They fell 44-35 to the Spring Creek Gators. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Gators this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 44-34 last Thursday.

Despite the loss, Princeton still got an impressive performance from Aubrey Johnson, who dropped a double-double with 12 points and 11 rebounds.

Princeton's loss dropped their record down to 5-17. As for Spring Creek, their victory bumped their record up to 7-11.

Coming up, Princeton will venture away from home to take on Beddingfield at 5:45 p.m. on Thursday. As for Spring Creek, they have already played their next matchup, a 65-14 defeat against Goldsboro on the 11th.
