Baseball Recap: Carroll County Find Success

Carroll County won the last time they faced Trimble County and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Panthers walked away with a 16-12 victory over the Raiders.

Bryce Furnish was incredible, scoring three runs while getting on base in all five of his plate appearances. Those three runs gave him a new career-high. Mason Ogden was another key player, scoring three runs while going 1-for-4.

Carroll County now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Trimble County, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-10.

Carroll County will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Raiders: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
