First Baptist Christian entered their tilt with Westside Christian Academy on Thursday with nine consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with ten. They blew past the Eagles 3-0. The Sabres have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Eagles, too.

First Baptist Christian not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Westside Christian Academy between 17 and 20 points across their sets. The final score came out to 25-17, 25-20, 25-18.

Brynn White paced First Baptist Christian's offense, picking up eight kills. White got some help from Joanna Wacker and her 21 assists. Wacker was also solid from the service line: she led the team with seven aces.

First Baptist Christian's win bumped their record up to 10-1. As for Westside Christian Academy, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Looking ahead, First Baptist Christian will take on Christian Community at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Westside Christian Academy will be paying especially close attention to the Sabres' matchup: after the Sabres face off against Portersville Christian, they'll take on Westside Christian Academy again at 6:30 p.m. on the 22nd.
