Volleyball Recap: Birmingham Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Birmingham was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Chatsworth Chancellors. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Chancellors this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

Birmingham started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 23-25, 25-17, 25-10, 25-19.

Birmingham's defeat dropped their record down to 5-26. As for Chatsworth, their victory ended a four-match drought at home and bumped them up to 24-19.

As of now, neither Birmingham nor the Chancellors have any future games scheduled.
