The Spirit HomeSchool Warhawks will square off against the James River HomeSchool Eagles at 5:45 p.m. on Thursday. The two teams are strolling into their games after big wins in their previous games.

Spirit HomeSchool took a loss when they played away from home two weeks ago, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Monday. They blew past New Bridge Academy 41-5. The Warhawks have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won ten matches by 21 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask James River HomeSchool). Everything went their way against New Bridge Academy on February 10th as James River HomeSchool made off with a 45-23 victory. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win the Eagles have posted since December 9, 2023.

Spirit HomeSchool pushed their record up to 18-14 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 22.7 points over those games. As for James River HomeSchool, the win got them back to even at 2-2.

Everything came up roses for Spirit HomeSchool against James River HomeSchool in their previous matchup back in January, as the squad secured a 43-15 victory.
