Basketball Recap: Savannah Takes a Loss

Savannah was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They fell 37-29 to the McIntosh County Academy Buccaneers. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Buccaneers this season, with their most recent loss being a 39-25 defeat last Tuesday.

Savannah's loss dropped their record down to 7-15. As for McIntosh County Academy, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a massive bump to their 11-15 record this season.

As of now, neither Savannah nor McIntosh County Academy have any future games scheduled.
