Epiphany lost to East Carteret back in December of 2023, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Monday. The Epiphany Falcons came out on top against the East Carteret Mariners by a score of 48-39. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Falcons.

Epiphany's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Kameron Bazile, who posted 23 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Anna Ponton, who scored 16 points.

Epiphany's win bumped their record up to 5-8. As for East Carteret, they are on a seven-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-6.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Epiphany will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Coastal Christian at 5:30 p.m. on January 7, 2025. East Carteret also won't see the court for a while: their next game is against Bear Grass Charter at 2:00 p.m. on December 27th.
