Springstead never got on the board in their matchup on Tuesday, but that sure wasn't the case in their game against Weeki Wachee on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 13-3 margin over the Hornets. Considering the Eagles have won seven matches by more than seven runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

The team relied heavily on HAYLEE BROWN, who got on base in four of her six plate appearances with four RBI. The dominant performance also gave her a new career-high in hits (two). RACHEL RIVERA was another key player, going a perfect 3-for-3 with three runs.

Springstead always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .531. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Weeki Wachee only posted an OBP of .222.

Springstead is on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last 11 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-4 record this season.
