Volleyball Recap: Grace Prep Takes a Loss

Grace Prep saw some tournament action on Friday. They fell 2-0 to the Lewisville Farmers.

Grace Prep's offense was headlined by Astor Porter and Madelyn Patterson, who picked up six kills apiece. They got some help from Alyssa Bachli and her 18 assists. Nyla Dawson controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Grace Prep's loss dropped their record down to 1-2. As for Lewisville, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Coincidentally, Grace Prep and Lewisville will both be playing Plano West the next time they take the court. The Lions will head out to face the Wolves at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, while the Farmers will play them later in the day, at 5:00 p.m.
