The San Simon Longhorns won the last time they faced the Arizona School for the Deaf & Blind Sentinels, and things went their way on Wednesday too. San Simon enjoyed a cozy 29-12 victory over Arizona School for the Deaf & Blind. The win made it back-to-back wins for San Simon.
Hollie Keil was the offensive standout of the game as she scored 13 points along with 9 rebounds and 5 steals. Betsabe Castellanos was another key contributor, scoring 6 points along with 4 steals.
San Simon's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Arizona School for the Deaf & Blind, their loss dropped their record down to 0-1.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. San Simon will be staying on the road on Tuesday to face off against Duncan at 5:30 p.m. on December 5th. As for Arizona School for the Deaf & Blind, they will challenge Valley Union at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
