Volleyball Recap: Montgomery Central Comes Up Short

Montgomery Central lost against Creek Wood back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Indians lost 3-0 to the Red Hawks.

While Montgomery Central ultimately came up short, they didn't go down without a fight: they scored at least 19 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 25-19, 25-22.

Montgomery Central's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Creek Wood, they pushed their record up to 6-1 with the victory, which was their 15th straight at home dating back to last season.

Looking ahead, Montgomery Central will take on Hendersonville at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Creek Wood, they will face off against Loretto at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday.
