Baseball Recap: Muncy Comes Up Short

Muncy managed to slip by Bloomsburg the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Indians came up short against the Panthers on Wednesday, falling 15-5.

Muncy saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kynton Fish, who went 2-for-4 with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI. Another was Graden Dohl, who went 1-for-3 with one home run and two RBI.

Muncy's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Bloomsburg, their record now sits at 6-2.

Coming up, Muncy will welcome Montgomery at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Bloomsburg, they will challenge Southern Columbia Area at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Panthers 3.6, the Tigers 1.9) so any runs scored will be well earned.
