Basketball Recap: Gulf Coast Now 6-1 over Last Seven Games

On Friday, it was close, but the Gulf Coast Sharks sidestepped the McArthur Mustangs for a 60-57 victory.

Gulf Coast has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a nice bump to their 6-4 record this season. As for McArthur, their defeat was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 4-7.

Gulf Coast won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Coral Springs Charter at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for McArthur, they will also get right back to it: they'll square off against Keys Gate at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday.
