Amsterdam is 8-2 against Scotia-Glenville since December of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Thursday. The Amsterdam Rams will welcome the Scotia-Glenville Tartans at 7:00 p.m.

Amsterdam is probably headed into the matchup with a chip on their shoulder considering Queensbury just ended the team's three-game winning streak on Monday. They lost to the Spartans at home by a 66-47 margin. The Rams were down 48-28 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Scotia-Glenville, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They came out on top against South Glens Falls by a score of 51-43 on Monday.

Amsterdam's defeat dropped their record down to 5-3. As for Scotia-Glenville, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 5-4 record this season.

Amsterdam took a serious blow against Scotia-Glenville in their previous meeting back in January of 2024, falling 71-43. Thankfully for Amsterdam, Karaline Mccarthy (who went 12 of 22 on her way to 32 points in addition to five boards and four steals) won't be suiting up this time.
