Football Game Preview: Richland Bombers vs. Kennewick Lions + How To Watch

The Richland Bombers are taking a road trip to face off against the Kennewick Lions at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Both teams are still undefeated after four games, but that won't be the case come Thursday.

Richland is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They claimed a resounding 49-0 victory over Pasco. Given the Bombers' advantage in MaxPreps' Washington football rankings (they are ranked 24th, while the Bulldogs are ranked 160th) , the win on Friday wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, while Kennewick put up plenty of points on Friday, the same can't be said for Sageview. The Lions blew past the Lobos 42-0. The matchup marked the Lions' most dominant win of the season so far.

Richland's victory bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Kennewick, their win bumped their record up to an identical 4-0.

Richland and Kennewick were neck-and-neck when the teams last played back in October of 2024, but Richland came up empty-handed after a 14-13 loss. Thankfully for the Bombers, Canaan Hays (who rushed for 135 yards and one touchdown while picking up 7.9 yards per carry) won't be suiting up this time.
