You're bound to get a positive result if you outscore your opponent every quarter and that's exactly how it played out for Rye Cove on Friday. They were the clear victors by a 48-28 margin over the Honaker Tigers. The Eagles have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Tigers, too.

Despite the loss, Honaker saw an underclassman step up: freshman Parker Lowe threw for 352 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 11.4 yards per attempt.

Rye Cove now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Honaker, their defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 0-3.
