LJ Bowens put up the most rushing yards he's had since back in October of 2024 on Friday. As a matter of fact, he produced his best game of the campaign: he rushed for 147 yards and two TDs while picking up 8.2 yards per carry. With that strong performance, he is now averaging an impressive 106 rushing yards per game.

Looking ahead, Bowens and Blue Valley Northwest are taking a road trip to square off against Blue Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The matchup will pit Bowens up against the Tigers' star RB Hayden Ward. With these two excellent players competing for bragging rights, there's bound to be some exciting action on the field.
