Odyssey Institute's game on Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Saturday. They put the hurt on the Kingman Bulldogs with a sharp 3-0 win. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 back in August.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-4, 25-20, 25-6.

Alex Coates paced Odyssey Institute's offense, picking up 16 kills. Coates got some help from Allyson Sauls and her 16 assists. Isabella Mitchell controlled things from the service line, finishing with 16 aces.

With the victory, Odyssey Institute broke their three-match losing streak and moved their record to 16-12. As for Kingman, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost 15 of their last 17 contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-19 record this season.

Odyssey Institute has already played their next matchup, a 3-1 loss against Parker on the 27th. As for Kingman, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 3-0 win against Highland Prep on the 27th.
