Baseball Recap: Kimberly Bulldogs vs. Buhl Indians

After a string of three wins, Kimberly's good fortune finally ran out on Thursday. They took an 11-6 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Buhl Indians. Kimberly was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Buhl apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played on Thursday.

River Chadwick led a balanced group of hitters, getting on base in three of his four plate appearances with two RBI and a double. Jeremiah Watson was another key contributor, scoring a run while getting on base in all three of his plate appearances.

Even though they lost, Kimberly was hitting in the alleys and finished the game with four doubles. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Buhl didn't hit any.

On Buhl's side, Remington Higley was a major factor while hitting and pitching. He tossed six innings while giving up three earned runs off six hits. Higley was even better at the plate, going 5-for-5 with five RBI and a run.
