Volleyball Game Preview: Auburn Mountainview Lions vs. Jefferson Raiders + How To Watch

The Auburn Mountainview Lions will head out to take on the Jefferson Raiders at 7:15 p.m. on Wednesday. Jefferson took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Auburn Mountainview, who comes in off a win.

On Monday, Auburn Mountainview got the win against Beamer by a conclusive 3-0.

Meanwhile, Jefferson came up short against White River on Monday, falling 3-0. The loss continues a trend for the Raiders in their meetings with the Hornets: they've now lost three in a row.

Jefferson's defeat dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Auburn Mountainview, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-6.

Auburn Mountainview couldn't quite get it done against Jefferson when the teams last played back in October of 2024 as they fell 3-1. Can the Lions avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
