Soccer Recap: Cloverleaf Takes a Loss

Cloverleaf and Alliance squared off in some playoff action on Thursday, but Cloverleaf had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Aviators by a score of 1-0. Cloverleaf have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Cloverleaf's defeat dropped their record down to 8-7-1. As for Alliance, their victory bumped their record up to 6-8-4.

Cloverleaf does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Alliance, they will venture away from home to square off against Beaumont School at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Alliance's defense better be ready for this one: Beaumont School have averaged an impressive 5.2 goals per game this season.
