Concordia had already won six in a row and they went ahead and made it seven on Saturday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Seward Bluejays. The game was the first time the Mustangs have beaten the Bluejays on their court since September 19, 2015.

Concordia had a senior duo take command as Kyra McNair had 16 digs and one assist and Natalie Perkinson had 16 assists.

Concordia's win bumped their record up to 16-4. As for Seward, the defeat snapped their winning streak at five matches and leaves them with a 7-7 record.

Concordia didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Mercy on the 20th. As for Seward, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Gretna on the 20th.
