Soccer Recap: Harrisonburg Takes a Loss

After flying high against Rockbridge County last Tuesday, Harrisonburg came back down to earth. The Blue Streaks came up short against the William Monroe Dragons on Tuesday, falling 8-0. Harrisonburg have struggled against William Monroe recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost meeting.

Harrisonburg's loss was their first in the region, dropping their region record down to 2-1-1 and their overall record down to 2-2-1. As for William Monroe, they pushed their record up to 8-0 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home.
