Softball Game Preview: Weehawken Indians vs. Harrison Blue Tide

Weehawken is a perfect 4-0 against Harrison since April of 2023 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Indians will head out on the road to take on the Blue Tide at 4:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Last Wednesday, Weehawken came up short against Rutherford and fell 6-3.

Meanwhile, Harrison was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 19-2 to North Arlington.

Weehawken's loss was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 3-2. As for Harrison, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-3.

Everything went Weehawken's way against Harrison in their previous matchup back in May of 2024, as Weehawken made off with a 13-0 win. Will the Indians repeat their success, or do the Blue Tide have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
