Soccer Recap: Astronaut Comes Up Short

Astronaut was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Space Coast Vipers. The War Eagles were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Vipers apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in November of 2023.

Astronaut's loss dropped their record down to 2-4-1. As for Space Coast, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-3.

Astronaut didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next game, a 3-0 win against Cocoa Beach on the 11th. As for Space Coast, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next matchup, a 4-0 defeat against Titusville on the 11th.
