Soccer Recap: Vista Ridge Comes Up Short

After flying high against Canon City last Saturday, Vista Ridge came back down to earth. Wolves lost 7-1 to the Pine Creek Eagles on Tuesday. Vista Ridge have struggled against Pine Creek recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive lost meeting.

Vista Ridge's goal came courtesy of Andriana Brown, who's now up to four this season.

Vista Ridge's loss dropped their record down to 7-4. As for Pine Creek, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 5-1-1.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Vista Ridge is set to challenge their familiar foe Pueblo West at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Pine Creek will square off against rival Fountain-Fort Carson at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
