Baseball Recap: White Cloud Takes a Loss

White Cloud was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against the Kent City Eagles, falling 7-1. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Indians of the 4-1 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in May of 2025.

White Cloud saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Brady Strait, who went 1-for-4 with one triple and one run.

White Cloud's loss dropped their record down to 6-13. As for Kent City, their victory ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 8-11.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: White Cloud beat the Eagles by a score of 5-1 later that day.
