Volleyball Recap: Chowchilla Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Chowchilla lost against Fresno Christian back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Tribe fell 3-1 to the Eagles.

Chowchilla was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Fresno Christian work for it, especially in the first set. The final score came out to 27-25, 25-19, 15-25, 25-19.

Shalaya Moore paced Chowchilla's offense, picking up 18 kills. Moore got some help from Jaylen Danieli and her 31 assists. Danieli was also solid from the service line: she led the team with five aces.

Chowchilla's loss dropped their record down to 21-10. As for Fresno Christian, they pushed their record up to 22-18 with the victory, which was their fifth straight on the road.

Chowchilla has already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Parlier on the 23rd. As for Fresno Christian, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-1 victory against Sierra on the 23rd.
