Baseball Recap: Kensington Takes a Loss

Kensington was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against the Abraham Lincoln Railsplitters, falling 17-7. The KENSINGTON TIGER were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Railsplitters apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in April of 2022.

Kensington's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Abraham Lincoln, they pushed their record up to 3-0 with the win, which was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season.

Kensington has already played their next contest, an 11-1 loss against Thomas A. Edison on the 26th. As for Abraham Lincoln, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 17-0 defeat against Father Judge on the 21st.
