Volleyball Recap: Pike Valley Comes Up Short

Pike Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 25th straight defeat dating back to last season. They fell 2-0 to the Tescott Trojans. Unfortunately, that's the fourth time they've come up short against the Trojans this season, with their most recent loss being a 2-0 defeat two weeks ago.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-8, 25-10.

Kylie Loring paced Pike Valley's offense, picking up two kills. Loring got some help from Kinley Cooper and her four assists.

Pike Valley's loss dropped their record down to 0-23. As for Tescott, their win bumped their record up to 11-12-2.

Pike Valley has already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Sylvan-Lucas on the 7th. As for Tescott, after both having extra time off, they and St. John's/Tipton Catholic will shake off the rust and duke it out on Tuesday.
