Baseball Game Preview: Tooele Buffaloes vs. Green Canyon Wolves

The Tooele Buffaloes are taking a road trip to square off against the Green Canyon Wolves at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Tooele has now lost eight straight dating back to last season, leaving the team hunting for their first win since April 20.

Tooele came up short against Farmington on Tuesday, falling 15-5.

Reeder Conger made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went a perfect 2-for-2 with one stolen base, one double, and one RBI. That's the most hits he has posted since back in March of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Ethan Jenkins, who scored two runs and stole Two bases. while going 1-for-2.

Meanwhile, Green Canyon scored the most runs they've had this season on Tuesday, but it wasn't enough. They took a 15-10 hit to the loss column at the hands of Stansbury. The Wolves' loss continues a trend for the team, making it six in a row.

Tooele's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Green Canyon, their loss dropped their record down to 1-6.
